Grace Etta Beaver was born on April 19, 1896 in Cabarrus County. She died at the age of 79 on April 19, 1975. She married Grover White Safrit.  Grover was born on January 19, 1893 and died on December 3, 1978 at the age of 85. They are buried at St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church in Concord, NC

 

Grace and Grover had three children:

*Helen Safrit Lackey (1920-2002)

*Glenn White Safrit (1931-2014)

*Joe Howard Safrit (1934-2016)
