Everette was born on January 24, 1889. He died at the age of 55 on January 9, 1945. He married Susan Jane Lisenby. She was born on September 14, 1889 and she died at the age of 76 on June 10, 1966. They are both buried at Ebenezer Lutheran Church Cemetery.
